IN NISEKO 

This morning, we take a flight to Tokyo, capital of Japan. Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. The driver will meet you at Haneda airport, and escort you to hotel. After check-in at hotel, enjoy the rest of day on your own proposals. 

We will visit Tokyo Tower first, where we can enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo from the observation platform. Next is the Meiji Shrine, the finest example of Japanese shrine architecture. Then driving through the Akasaka Guest House. The Akasaka Guest House is a magnificent western-style palace built in the baroque style. Next drive by the Japanese Capitol, dominated by a massive tower and visit the Imperial Palace East Garden. Here we can enjoy a pleasant walk through the garden as a place of historical interest and scenic beauty. We drive through the shopping district of Ginza.

We will enjoy Japanese style lunch. We continue to Hamarikyu garden which is a typical Daimyo (Japanese feudal lord) garden in the Edo period with a tidal pond. Next enjoy a 30 minutes boat ride on the Sumida River. After the cruise, we have a chance to see Ninja and Samurai performances at the pier. At the end of tour, visiting the Asakusa Kannon Temple and walking down the brightly lit Nakamise shopping street, then we drive through Kappabashi area where restaurant supplies and wax food samples are sold, and Ueno and Akihabara. After tour, we drive back to hotel.

This morning, we' ll fly to Sapporo. The driver will meet you at hotel lobby (10:00am), and escort you to Haneda airport. Then, we take a flight to Sapporo, the capital of Hokkaido Prefecture. Sapporo is one of the few metropolises in the world with such heavy snowfall, enabling it to hold events and festivals with snow statues and objects. Niseko ski resort is about 100km south of Sapporo airport. The driver will meet you at Sapporo airport, and escort you to hotel.

After check-in at hotel, enjoy the rest of day at your own proposals. Just relax in resort or wander around the Niseko village. * * All mountain lift pass holders could take scheduled Niseko United shuttle buses which links Niseko Village to Niseko Annupuri and Grand Hirafu ski resorts free of charge. Your hotel is located at Niseko ski resort, if you'd like to go skiing in other ski resort nearby (for example: Grand Hifafu Ski Resort), you can take a shuttle bus to get there (without extra cost).
